Hello my crafty friends,
Here we are again with another challenge
from Parade Your Crafts.
Can you believe we are already on Challenge #5??
Me neither. Time sure does fly, doesn't it?
Well lets get this party started then.....
The Challenge Theme this time is...FALL
Fall is a Beautiful time of the year and my favorite.
All those leaves changing from red to orange and yellow.
It is just a Beautiful time to be inspired.
The first project I made is a card. I used
Reminisce -Autumn Harvest collection.
This is a beautiful collection of papers and works so well with Fall colors.
I layered a couple of the pretty papers turning one to give it a cute look. I then took a stamp "Jump Rope" from Unity and colored it with red, orange and yellow ink. I took another piece of white card stock and colored it up with oil pastels rubbing with my finger to blend the color together. Oil pastels are really fun to play with. I punched out 3 leaves and backed them with bright yellow paper.

For my 2nd project I decided to make a tag to go with my card.
Using the same paper collection, again used my Fiskars punches, oil pastels to find the vibrant colors of fall and I also wrapped my leaf this time with silver wire.

I also distressed my edges a little with brown ink to pull your eye to the middle.
