Keep Moving-SumMoreFun Mood Board Challenge 22

Mood Board
Challenge #22

A New Challenge is up on the SumMoreFun blog.

Here is our Mood Board

You can use anything from the board that inspires you. Something from a photo or even the colors.
I was inspired by the bike and the red daisy.
I was also inspire to challenge myself to use red. Something I don't normally do.

Here is my inspiration piece for you.

Starting out with a blank canvas, I attached tissue paper to the canvas using modge podge.  After letting it sit over night to dry, I added texture using whipped spackle.
I then used paint until I was happy with the outcome.
Making sure my colors were showing thru.
I chose a few stamps from Victorine Originals bicycle set w\ Penny Farthing.. Which is such a neat stamp set.
Stamped them on brown paper then distressed.
I also used the large stemmed daisy from Victorine Originals.
Stamping it out about 3 times then fussy cutting, I attached each one on top of the other to form a 3D daisy flower.
I knew I wanted the daisy to pop so I made sure when I was painting to have a dark area I could place it.
I arranged everything on my canvas until it fit.  Adding homemade flowers and a saying.
Its important to me to inspire thru my art and projects and having a positive saying adds that much more.
I hope I was able to inspire you today and maybe enough to have you join in our challenge.
You do have a chance to win when you link up. And the prize is doubled when you use Victorine Originals or Raisin Boat stamps.
Thats pretty awesome!!!
So head on over and join in the fun!!!
